PASSPORTS
This is a dedicated Passport Office. When applying for a new passport book, which is $110/$80 payable to the US Department of State and $25 payable to the postmaster. Many questions arise as to the difference between a passport book and a card. With the passport book, you can travel anywhere in the world. With the card, it is for land travel to Canada and Mexico as well as sea travel between the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda. Please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV for detailed information. The fee for the card is $30 for adults and $15 for a child. The child fee for a passport book is $80.
To obtain a passport you will need to present:
– One passport photo
– Original birth certificates from the registrar or a previous US passport.(Must have parent’s full names listed on it.)
– Proof of Identity
All adults and minors must appear in person when applying for a passport.
Driver’s License
Previous or current passport
Military ID
Federal/State Government employee ID

MAIL SERVICE
A lot of our customer’s mailboxes are on what we call mounted routes. This has been an extremely hard winter for all of our carriers who should be commended for a job well done. But whether it is winter or summer, a customer can help by not blocking the approach to our mailbox, whether with a vehicle, snow, etc.
Thank you a million times over for all of our wonderful customers that keep this approach clear for your carrier. They have enough to deal with having to fight through extreme temperatures, snow, rain, sleet, etc. without trying to weave and bob around a vehicle. I am thanking everyone in advance for doing this for us.
The postal service put out a mandate over a year ago to remove vending machines from most postal lobbies. Unfortunately, ours was one. We do however offer stamps sold at Berkots. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers especially those wanting very few stamps.
