Grundy Moves 2024

Coal City participated in the Grundy Moves Transportation planning effort.  Many Coal City residents responded to the request to complete a survey or visit the virtual open house.  The results of that effort are now available in the first county-wide transportation plan that has been completed.  This effort allows more access to federal and state transportation funding initiatives.  Coal City has multiple projects included within this plan and are identified within the Tier One and Tire Two projects list.
